Dr. Garvey is a skilled professional with experience in international development, management consulting, industry, and university teaching. She has worked in over 70 countries and has an accomplished track record in strategic, financial, and risk management for enhancing organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Dr. Garvey is the Managing Partner of Breezy Castle Partners.

Dr. Bailey is a Professor of Marketing, who teaches courses in Principles of Marketing, Marketing Communications, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Strategy, Sports Marketing, and Customer Relationship Marketing. He is multi-lingual. He has lived and worked in many places including France, Costa Rica, India, Jamaica, and Saudi Arabia. Before working in academia, Dr. Bailey worked in banking in customer relationships and credit.
Joan L. Lawla, LLB, LEC, MBA
Senior Consultant & Partner
Ms. Lawla is an attorney-at-law. She has extensive experience in marketing, teaching, and industrial relations. Her leadership roles included serving on the Governing Council of the University of Technology, heading the business school at the University of Technology (UTech), and the Presidency of the Utech Academic Union. In these roles, she participated in decisions on strategic initiatives and led teams in numerous industrial negotiations. She has taught marketing research and strategy. Her work in industry included sales and marketing in various industries and customer relations in retail banking.
Kassie Mcilvaine MA (Development Studies), BA (Biology and Art)
Senior Consultant & Partner
Ms. Mcilvaine has worked for over two decades in global non-profit leadership, focusing on change management, diversity and inclusion, organizational psychology, and strategic planning. Her approach involves integrating adaptive management techniques, emphasizing continuous learning, strategic alignment, and tangible results. Kassie communicates in English, Swahili, and French. She has worked in multiple African countries with CARE International and other global non-profits in senior roles including Regional Director, Country Director, Global Head of Gender Equality and Inclusion, and Global Human Resource Coordinator.
